What are the delivery times to Canada?
We know you're excited to receive your order! Delivery to Canada takes 7-10 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way to you.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority! You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it if it doesn't suit you. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact us at [email] to initiate a return.
Will I get refunded for returns?
Absolutely! Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 days to see the amount back in your account.
How do I care for my bodysuit?
To keep your body shaper effective for longer: hand wash or machine wash at 30°C maximum in a laundry bag. No tumble dryer or bleach! Lay flat to dry. With this simple care, it'll support you for a long time in your wellness routine.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We prepare orders super quickly so you get them fast! Contact us immediately at support@regenaform.ca if you need to change something. If your package hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help you out.
